Job Description

This is a position reporting to Head of Business Development and Marketing. The position calls for broad knowledge of business development and marketing as whole. The Marketing executive will be responsible for

• Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for the existing products.

• Researching and evaluating new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights. Source: AjiraLeo Tanzania

• Working close with distribution channels and ensure the target are met.

• Managing distribution channels for products.

• Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts including their contribution to the effectiveness of sales campaigns.

• Any other work as may be assigned from time to time 

Required skills
• Sales & Marketing Skills

• Excellent customer service

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills are a must

• An initiative person who have a positive attitude to everyone.

• The ability to understand customer needs and desires.

• Highly developed, demonstrated team work.

• Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse creative employees.

 

Education qualifications
• Diploma in marketing or equivalent 
• 3 years relevant experience.
