POSITION:-Debt Collection Call Center Agent

REPORTING to; - HOD Call Center
QUALIFICATION;-Certificate/Diploma in Accounting and Finance, Business administration, or equivalent to the related subject and from the recognized institution.

RESPONSIBILITY 

You will be responsible for recovering the money and ensure targets are met

Negotiate payoff deadlines /Promises to Pay (PTP,S)

Handle questions or complaints

Resolve discrepancies

RENUMERATION; Commission based
