Head Of Front Office 

DTB Tanzania is expanding its horizons by opening a branch in Singida around October 2019 and a second branch in Zanzibar thereafter. This is a unique opportunity for candidates with the required qualifications to apply for the following positions at DTB Tanzania.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Banking/Business/Management and or related professional qualifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Acts as the prime interface between the bank and the client.

Identifies and develops medium retail banking business for the bank, with an emphasis on income generation.

Manages all front office customer-related queries

EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

3 years’ minimum experience in retail banking and front office banking operations.

Good management, communication and interpersonal skills.

Honest and trustworthy.
