Required Skills & Experience

• Degree in HR, Organizational Development
• Business Administration or related field.

• Master's degree is an added advantage

• Professional certification in HR is a plus

• 8+yrs experience in a leadership position in HR

• Ability to interact effectively with the Senior

• Management and Board of Directors
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Understanding of the Labour Laws in Tanzania

• Demonstration of High level of confidentiality

• Experience in administration of benefits and compensation programs
