Responsibilities

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries; Serve guests.

• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.

• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook.

• Maintains safe and clean office area.

• Maintain office supplies (stationery, beverages, etc.).

Requirements
• Minimum 0-level.
• At least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Verbal Communication; fluent in English & Swahili.
• Telephone Skills.
• Microsoft Office Skills.
• Listening.
• Professionalism & Customer focus.
• Handles Pressure.
• Office Supply Management
