JOB TITLE: SALES MANAGER – MATTRESSES
A new Mattress factory is opening and our client is looking for experience people in this industry.
Key Requirement:
Knowledge of mattresses
Experiences working with Mattress and pillows
Job Description:
Plan & execute the company’s sales and business development activities
Identify clients for potential sales
Achieve sales in accordance with budgeted and agreed targets
Set strategies to enter new market and increase sales
Execute the sales process including calls and visits to potential clients
Coordinate with the technical team for costing inputs for preparation of quotes
Close sales with clients, in line with company pricing policy
Follow up with all clients to ensure client satisfaction on products and service quality
Lead and drive sales team in order to achieve sales target
Any other duties assigned
Salary: Negotiable for the right experienced candidate
Job Title: PRODUCTION MANAGER – (INDUSTRIAL PRINTING)
Job Description:
Plan, execute and manage the entire production process of the organization & ensure the best utilization of all the available resources
Sound knowledge of print procedures and color matching systems
Sound knowledge of computer systems
Ensuring the achievement of production plan
Directly coordinating with the senior management about factory efficiency
Understanding the client needs and briefing it to floor supervisors and revert back to sales about the status
Managing daily machine scheduling of all production departments
Responsible for coordinating production schedules, MIS reports
Control on Consumables, Labor cost & Wastage control
Delivering Quality products and ensure the printed materials are to standards
Communicating the designer’s requirements to vendors.
Creating and managing print production schedules
Examining finished samples and approving quality before delivery to client
Any other duties assigned
Experience – Minimum 3 years experience as production manager in printing industry
Salary – Negotiable to the right candidate
Location: Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania
