Responsibilities

• Manage and record all accounting transactions.

• Prepare daily accounting report.

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable in writing.

• Manage and collect company debts.

• Coordinate with drivers and field officers in planning daily operations.

• Actively engage in searching for transportation tenders.

• Hire third-party vehicles when needed.

• Develop and maintain partnerships with tender suppliers.

• Manage truck maintenance.

• Promote and represent MSN Logistics Limited at public relations events.

• Maintain social media presence.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.

• Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.

• Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.

• Ability to develop and deliver presentations.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

• Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures. • Ability to plan, assess, and evaluate financial reports.

• Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.

• Skill in the configuration and use of computerized programs.

• Ability to provide leadership and guidance to supporting staff.

• Ability to prepare basic account statements.

Requirements
• Minimum A level / Diploma in any related field.
• At least 3-year experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Common Computer Skills (Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic accounting Skills and knowledge.
